The new system takes longer to connect and I could see her she could not see me wasn't happy about that!!

Rescheduling in the system is poor. Availability for reschedule is usually 5 months. Not just this office. I do not know if it is culture amongst the scheduling staff or lack of training on how the Dr. May care or rate your visit. When this happens, it feels the system is broken.

Humanity. He corrected my meds interactions. From the old school, YOUR DOCTOR, not just another medical provider.

I needed an urgent visit and was able to see the very busy Dr Al-Ramahi the next day. He assessed my issue, offered advice as well as a referral for some testing. He took my concerns seriously and eased my mind about my issue.
