The goal of Hartford hospital's Outpatient Stroke Center is to provide comprehensive care to our patients beyond their hospital stay.

Identifying individual risk factors for stroke and implementing secondary preventive measures is key. We provide individualized post-stroke care and address complications patient may suffer after stroke in a multidisciplinary fashion.

In addition, we provide outpatient care and services to all types of neurovascular diseases.
