The Hartford Hospital Transplant Program is located in the Hartford area at Hartford Hospital, 85 Seymour Street (Suite 320).
Bridgeport/Fairfield area
To better serve our patients and families across the state, The Transplant Program has expanded its services to the greater Fairfield/Bridgeport area. Transplant providers are seeing pre- & post-kidney and liver transplant patients, at 2979 Main Street, Bridgeport.
Kidney transplant referrals can be taken at the Bridgeport location for an initial medical evaluation with the transplant team. Patients will require a portion of their care, including transplant surgery and immediate post-operative follow-up at Hartford Hospital.
