Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 3 cups mixed vegetables (frozen)

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (less-sodium)
  • 1 5/8 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 5/8 teaspoons onion powder
  • 3/8 egg (beaten)

Steps

  • Heat oil in a skillet (or wok) on medium heat.
  • Add vegetables to skillet and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Add rice, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to vegetables and mix well. Cook until rice is fully reheated.
