Bliss 11 ICU is a 16 bed medical teaching intensive care unit. The patient population is varied and complex and includes patients with pulmonary disease, GI bleed, drug overdose, HIV, and sepsis.
The ICU team utilizes state of the art technology in tandem with expert and compassionate nursing care. Working closely and collaboratively with our physician, nurse practitioner, and physician assistant partners, the nursing team employs invasive hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation, continuous venovenous hemofiltration, and complex drug therapies to promote optimal clinical outcomes for our patients.
