Integrative Medicine

Integrative medicine blends conventional medicine with complementary and alternative modalities such as acupuncture and massage.

It is aimed at maximizing the body’s innate potential for self-healing by addressing nutrition, lifestyle and behavior, the mind-body connection, and medications (both supplements and prescription drugs.) There is a growing body of evidence-based research that supports the benefits of integrative medicine for musculoskeletal health.
