The Department of Endocrinology at Hartford Hospital is committed to maintaining the highest standards of medicine and patient care. Endocrinology and Diabetes are rapidly developing medicine subspecialties. At Hartford Hospital we are re-designing the overall approach to diabetes care with early initiation cardiac and renal specific therapies, as well as development of Cardiometabolic clinics where early and aggressive multispecialty approach is taken to prevent and treat long-term cardiac complications of diabetes.
